ST-36 is a Sea of Nourishment point, can be used for Strengthening Endurance.

St-36 = 3 cun below St-35, one finger breadth from the anterior crest of the tiba between the tibialis anterior and the tendon of the extensor digitorum longus pedis. Did this help? He, He!! I had to be shown where St-36 is located - I believe they are going to have to get a chart for this one Sorry! I just do not know how to give the exact location!

I figured out the Verbal = ST-36 is Four finger widths below the Kneecap, one finger width on the outside of the Shinbone. If you are on the correct spot, a muscle should flex as you move your foot up and down.
