Sir,ST-9 is superior point for the blood pressure! If someone has a high blood pressure,he shoud rub this point downword at least 2-3 times a day, useing his thum...and each time the rubbing should last at least 5min.
If he on the otherhand have a low blood pressure,he should do the opposite...rub this point upwords.
One could allso use PC-6 and,or H-6.If high blood pressure, press these points away from the body, and if low,do the opposite.

Sir,
ST-9 can be found on the neck, just over the carotid sinus...if you try to feel your pulse on the neck, between those muscles, that is the place.

PC-6 can be found on your wrist on your palm side. It,s between tendons approx.4 fingers width back from the wrist crease in the middle of the forearm.

H-6 is located on the inside of the wrist on the small fingers side half of an inch width back from the wrist case.

hopefully this clears thinghs for you sir Smiley
