I have two pp for this problem 1, run your finger starting at the center of the forhead starting at the hair line, running your finger over the top of the skull slowly till you find a indent in the skull (du #22) press with the pad of the thumb for 7 seconds 3 times directing pressure downwards. also see tendo on pp article.
2, picture the top of the skull as a square box shape. with one hand at the back corner and the other hand at the opposite front corner put pressure to oppsite corner or front right with rear left for 7 second then press front left with rear right using the palms of the hands repeat three times. use as much pressure as possible.
you may use these two cure together, this is a short term cure for a perm- cure, needleing would be needed.

All of the following points can be used for depression =

Top of the Head (GV-20, 21, and GV-19)

Back of Neck (GB-20, BL-10)

Head - Front (Third Eye point - GV24.5)

Upper Body - Front (Kd-27, LU-1, and CV-17)

I have P.T.S.D. from the Viet-nam War - I use these when ever I'm depressed!

CV-17 is my Favorite Grin
