It depence what kind of head ache you have(where do you have it)? You could use GB-20,GB-21,GB-1, B-2, TW-23 and I like to use LI-10 for certain types of pain.

Scott,
If you have a head ache at back of your head, you might wanted to use GB-20,and GB-21,and like master Lambert stated LI-4 is very usefull.
For the migreen I use  GV-21,22   GB-20,21,1    BL-10,2     TW-23

Pressure points for healing headaches can be easily applied pressing the correct spot.  I do not feel comfortable stating it online because it may cause injury if applied incorrectly.

I have used these points many times. It doesn't get rid of the headache every time but it almost always helps some.

Ok,
this is one of my fafourites, when it comes headache.First, press GB-21 from boath sides of the shoulders. After you feel, that tenseness started to give in,then grab under the trapezius muscle and lift it a bit up and shake it.(this part is quite painfull)
When you press GB-21 points it will release tensness that might obstruct the blood floating to head correctly and that might cause that head ache. And when you grab under the trapezius muscle and do as I mentioned,it will bring the blood float from the lower part of the body to upper part of the body, and this will take away rest of the tensness, that still might be there.

You cant do this one to your self, but you can ask someone to do this to you.You allso might feel nausea and little bit dizzy, since the blood will rush from the lower part from the body to upper part,so be cearefull with this one...but I assure you, this one will hellp Smiley
