Could somebody pleas explain what is meant by:

1)dagger strike – is it strike with real metal knife, or it is same hand formation like shuto, haito, nukite ...

2) dog fist – is it with closed or opened fist. What exactly is used as striking surface? – Is it perhaps with fully closed fist and striking with second knuckles (all four or just index and middle finger). Where is thumb at that point?
