If he is that fast you should not see his hands. i have students who i trained in kenpo fast hand that strike 7-8 hand strikes per second on the bob bag some have less than one year in karate. I do plan on a dvd in the near future. he is fast but not the fastest if you think that you will never match or surpass his speed. single strike speed is diferent than multible striking speed you should be good at both. I do like that he is fighting from sitting i have a lot of old footage from japan with very similar techniques. He is jeet kune do. I  do like jeet kune do they are all trained to be fast. Bruce taught drills,fighting, but no forms. He had good structure from the form practice he did for years. Most jeet kune do students don't have the structure when fighting that bruce had. that is most.  I have seen some with great structure most all have done form training.  Bruce told his students to train in every fighting style they can and use what is good and works. A lot of jeet kune do students don't want to learn pressure points. Also ther are some that do want to learn them. The man on youtube would tell you Bruce Lee was faster.
