I am studying Combat Hapkido, with less than a year to 1st Dan and about 9 months to 1st Dan in Tang Soo Do.  Very interested in absorbing as much as I can with regards to pressure points and Combative skills.

I hope to make some new friends in this group and studying under a proven MAster in this area.  I am from Grand Blanc Michigan and work as a Network Engineer during the day and also own a web hosting business: www.michiganconnect.com.

Talk to you all soon,

Thanks for Joining razorack.
I also work in IT as an IT Manager and co-own my own business as well www.mcgraphix.com .

I must admit I have a fascination with hapkido and aikido.
How long have you been studying?

Hi Scott,

Sorry for the delay in my response. I have been studying Hapkido for 6 years and Tang Soo Do for 3.

What do you do in IT?

I am a Sr. Network Engineer, which mainly consists of setting up and maintaining Cisco gear and Check Point FW's for my day job at:

http://www.budco.com

I also do a lot of web design in my free time, LOL, yeah right free time !

I was thinking about getting the DVD training set, and wanted to know if you had it and what you thought of it.  I might get just the intro and speed striking dvd's first.

Do you own the DVD's and if so what are your thoughts.

Hi razorack
I am an IT manager for a software company I manage about 150 devices (servers, pcs, routers, switches, tape drives etc...)

I have several of Master Morans DVDs. Some are better than other video quality wise but you can certainly get a lot of valuable techniques from all of them.

I have the speed stiking DVD.  I think it is very good for getting your strike speed up.

Let me know what you think if you get any of them.
