Read the article a wrote, Qi Gung This is a good point to start at, BEATHING. This is the basic excerses that you need to strat with. the next article will take you deeper in to the Qi Gung meditation. the breath you will master in my first article, is the foundation for all that I will teach in the future. It is not what you know as much as what you do! So do what you can know up to this point Daily, in the next article you will learn even more to do. there will be up to three to four articles to follow, they will not be worth knowing unless you master the first.

Jason, you can take a couse in presure point healing or go to china town find the local martial arts store and pick up a text book on acupuncture or go to a good liburary also the study of the human body woulld help. the study of Qi Gung would help greatly as you advance. I think the pp books out there are a fruitless road for the most part, because they don't tell how to do it. they mostly discuss theory mostly You would have to buy fifty book to get fifty point you could use! But first stick to Master Moran like glue, then when you learn all he has to offer, then if you have a need and a love for more, then go on.

I can only hope that a gain even a small amount of master Moran's knowledge. He offers so much, which is why i am interested in learning   ( maybe i should say investigating ) ppoints and also mind, body, soul. I want an understanding so that Master Moran does not have to define every term he uses. to some one who does not already have knowledge in these topics, whether talking eastern philosiphy or western science. it can sound like mumble jumble.

I will start with your articles on Qi Gung. I read a small portion of it and i think thats exactly where i need to start( like you said) BREATHING and clearing my mind.

Qi Gung will and can help any martial arts in there art. It wouldn't be time wasted, In fact if you do this every day, my next article, will have the Qi Gong exersise that is the starting point of the cream of the Qi Gung family of exercises. In about six mounths from the start of this exercise. you will see a marked differents In how you feel, and how you react to everything. but first learn to breath So that in practice, and on the street, and other places, your breathing will be calm. Then we will focus on health then powers. The key phrase is EVERY DAY as it is with your martial practices. The first article that you are reading now, you will never stop doing, but I will change the type of breathing, Mentally, in coming articles. a little secret for you is , transmit this breathing in to your kata the best you can, in time kata will become super powerful. do the best you can with that idea. This exercises will speak to you and you will learn as if excerses had a spirit of it's own. And if you have questions, ask, ok.
May you have the most of the best, L.P.Lambert.
