I mean no disrespect, Sir, the article is OK, but there are a few corrections about this article:

Pericardium is active 7-9 PM, not AM.
Small Intestine is a fire meridian, the only water meridians are Bladder and Kidney.

Definately practice with a Master, and at least 3 or 4 other students or instructors. There are some very quick and simple restoration techniques for this type of incapacitation.
