This is a great pressure point. Hit that spot with 2 fingers and do uchi gari at the same time. Your opponent will be thrown down really hard. You can do it without uchi gari and still take the person down very quickly. It is a spot that everyone has and no matter how strong you make your neck muscles you cannot resist this technique. We in Vee-Jitsu call this the 'Greased Burglar Technique'. The reason it is called the 'Greased Burglar Technique' is because long ago in the tropics burglers would put grease all over their bodies and break into a hut. The owner would wake up, realize he is being robbed and try to grab the burglar. The burglar would slip out of their hands. If you apply the greased burglar you can also put your other hand behind his head to add more pressure and take that burglar down, grease or no grease. Thanks, Sensei Tom

In your article, you inerchanged GV 22 and CV 22.
GV 22 and 23 are located on top of your head. CV 22 is correct in the illustration, and no, you don't want to play with that one.

Jules I fixed the typos in the article. Let me know if you catch any more. In talking to Master Lambert he said that there is one mistake that he put up on the site purposely to kind of test the users who visit. We must admint the ones you found were not on purpose As a friendly competition see if you can find it.

I'm sooo pissed off about the last 2 posts about my knowledge and testing me to find YOUR mistakes---I can't even sleep.
I did find ONE thing you were right about.....the info you get on the net is usully provided by uninformed "masters" such as yourself. You just lost all my respect for you, "master". I never claim to know everything, but you seem to. Just what exactly are you a "master" of anyway?
Know of any points to help my relax and go to sleep now that I'm raging lunatic? I do, St5 in a downward 45 degree angle. It will just knock me out so I won't even care!

Jules Im sorry you feel that way. It was not Master Lamberts intent to piss anyone off. It was supposed to be a test for him to see who is really looking at the site. We get a lot of people who claim to know everything and in reality no one knows everything. I hope it doesnt piss you off to much as you have an immese amount of knowlege to share with the rest of the users on here.
Again please done shoot the messenger as I am only a student myself and the webmaster here. I put up what he gives me.
Scott

I understand you're only the messenger, but but do you know what a little trick like that can do to a student who is looking for answers? The correct answers?

Jules You make a very valid point. The last thing we want to do is PO our members. I will see what I can do to correct the error.
Thanks

My issue last night about finding a mistake, just a little friendly competition would have been fine if it's in an artical that only I read. But, as you can see, there is alot of discussion about St5 and MHN 18 and alot of other points that if "master" has given wrong info about, someone could take that wrong info and use it and really hurt someone. There are some great articals on the site, but confusing toa

I understand your frustration. I will discuss it with Master Lambert asap. If you would like you can send him a PM.
If not I should be talking to him this weekend.

smckeown.....
My keyboard and fingers were on fire typing my reply and I hit a wrong button so it was incomplete...
There are some great articles on this site. I found minor mistakes (even if they're just typos) and incorrect info. Not because I train with Dillman. We, I mean our school, train with points at every class and use alot of these points that are so called deadly. Yeah, they can be, but do you know how much other stuff is involved when a point causes death? For exapmle, Pericardium 3. You will not die if you hit it. You can hit it all day long, as hard as you can. Your arm will hurt at the end of the day, but you're still alive and kicking. This is true with any point. All the planets and stars have to be in alignment (that's a joke), you have to be in the proper stance, you have to set it up with other points first, hit it at the exact moment between heart beats, what is the health condition of the person being struck, etc. Same with CV17 and 23. kids don't just die from being hit in the sternum, in a fight or tourney. What other stuff was hit prior to that strike.
Now, what's up with all the haiku's and Confucious stuff? Getting wet while it's raining? I don't get it. Give it to me straight. I'm sure "master" wouldn't appreciate being told "you have much to learn grasshopper" would he?

Jules To be honest I didnt quit understand the rain comment either.
Yes I do realize that there are set up points as well as other steps suck as intent needed to actually kill with these points.
I was hoping that Master Lambert would add his own comments. I will urge him to get on here more often.
