Greeting Master Lambert,
I humbly thank you for your kind words like the scent of a thousand flowers with such fragrance.
As for my teachers the Venerable Lama Thubten Namgyal left his earthly body some years ago and the other Venerable Lama, Abbot and the monks were sadly all killed by the Chinese when they found them mainly due to the secret doctrins that they had within their Monastry. As far as I know nothing of any worth was left and the knowledge passed on by them is left with a few beings only. So I too join you in reverence to the masters who have gone before and pray that the creatives blessings are with them in their ever continuing journey and learning.
Again as in my first line I so humbly agree with your sentiment of peace upon the earth plain.
I would like to also take this time to explain my name on this forum 'Blacknight', it is an analogy of ying and yang. As in all darkness there must be light and in all light there must be darkness. It is only by seeing the darkness that we may move steadfastly to live in light, reminded always of the darkness which is so close but so far away. Once this is lived then the polarity no longer exists and we may reside in the 'oneness' the middle way of the masters.
It reminds me of the doctrins of the Venerables, they taught me that we are all vibration and as such are never consant but always changing. When two people meet in adversity within each is a small part of the other (yin & Yang) if one in all honesty is able to touch that part of the advesary then there is the chance that peacefullness may flourish. If on the other hand they do not wish that peace then the part of them within can be used to subdue them with as little harm as possible I have seen that done without physical touch taking place.
I hope that I am not talking to deeply for the Forums readers and I am sure that you are able to understand.
I must now retire to my rest and once again ask
That the creatives blessings are with you all

Hello - Blacknight, and Master Lambert; I have read your posts, and I Would Like To Profoundly Apologize for My Pasts Words, and Demeanor
Master Lambert, and Blacknight; Both of You Are Absolutely Correct in All that Both of You Have Said About Me
Now, At the risk of sounding Defensive --- I'm just an Old Viet-nam Vet, with P.T.S.D. I have been toled that one of the systems of P.T.S.D. is that We Tend Too Losr Our Tempers, and Attack
PLEASE FORGIVE ME - I MENT NO HARM

Greetings Tom it is good to hear your voice again,
I can understand where you are coming from aswell as I was blown up in Ireland in the late 70's and was told i would never walk again. It was through the flashbacks etc that led me to tibet to find the people I felt sure could help me. I had my shodan in 76 and knew of the power of the arts (power not the correct word in the west but sure you both know what I mean) and that changed my life totally.
I feel that once you have seen the darker side of life it is only then you value the light or peaceful side of existance.
So Tom please dont be defensive because I am very pleased to see you back even though I am still only a newbee on here. I look forward to many chats and fallouts with you over the coming years and I am sure we will both be wiser and richer for them.
The creatives blessing be with you tom

Greeting Tom,
As far as I can see you have done no such thing, for in my eyes you have a great deal to offer to me and I believe the forum aswell. I would be honoured to call you friend as that I do not do light Heartedly as I feel you will understand. So I would humbly ask you to stay a while as if nothing else you would be able to teach me plenty.
I would also like the privalidge of furthering our debates as they allow me to remember. Sometimes I feel that the more we know the more we realise the less we know and also how much we have forgotten.
So Tom my friend I am sure we will talk more and to that I look forward to it.
May the creatives blessings be with you

Thank you both for smoking the peace pipe with me. Tom it takes a big man to correct a mistake. And we are all brother in the arts, and in the human race. to be human is to make mistakes, I think that is what human means in part. To make them and to over come them. And the only ass I have ever met, is the one that has no forgivness. So from one repentent ass to another, welcome, and be blessed.

Tom, know problem, if you get a chance, look at my new article of QI GUNG, It may help you out. It's worth reading anyway, but remember I am just a student of Qi Gung, so I need your help if I've not explained thing properly. Blacknight If you got the time I know you can make helpful additions to the writings too.
Kind regards.

back to body types
1.yang body types are typically tough and ridge
2 yin body type is very flexible and feel soft
3 on yang body types strike yin points with yang strikes
4 yin body types strike yang points with yin strikes
the purpose in striking the body types this way has to do with harmonics or vibrations it will futher amplified your strike to pentrate the
protective sheild of the body and cause its damage to the meridians and internal organs!
ps this also have to deal with my first post on body types

This is Great Information (TYR) Do yo believe that this info is applicable with in modern day self-defense? I'm just asking because, well if the attack is at night, or if the attacker is wearing a heavy coat - Won't it be hard to distinguish the different body types?

Any of you use body types with your P.P Yin and yang types
1.wood body types-- usually have dark compleion with a slim body shoulder slightly broader than joints
2.earth body types--- also have dark complextion with more fat deposits than wood types appear quite large relative to body types carry lot strenght in legs and thighs their jaw are typially large they typically show lot musclar strength
3.water body types-- are are easy to recognize by their rounded body appearance.they have the highest body fat and often have a pale soft complexion
4 ---fire body types---fires types have reddish complexion their head are often elongated and or pointed as well as their chin.if they are not bald their hair is usualy curly their hand and feet is usualy smaller than other body types the are quick on feet they are hyper and enjoy moment constantly change direction in a fight
5.metal body types have chiseled,v torso.their body is basically made up
of straight angled lines their muscl tendon and sinews are apparent because of their low level body fat their complextion may be paler than
other types
TOM you make a good point I beleive it applicable in modern application
Some time you can tell by shape of face, the shapes leg how the person is moving toward you.It would be a little harder with a heavy coat and ski mask on but if you know it It on be really effective on the person that you use it on.I been struck with a heavy coat on by somebody demosrating pressure point seem like coat didnt provide much protection but their is always ( a what if). exsample - what if you
take out one guy then another guy is in the shadow has gun and you dont see him he pull the trigger ( but what if ) he miss and you have a freind around the corner and shoot him. I hope you see what Im saying
Their will alway be a (what if )

Oh - Yes Sir; The (what if's) will get you every time
And, I understand your point - I was just asking
And THANK YOU for not taking my question the wrong way
When I was doing the Body guard thing, we had some training with Body Types - I remember them saying that if you see the "lower lip" stiffen-up, he is about to attack ect, ect,. I also agree with the fact that If you know how to identify the different body types, you can use that information to your advantage
But, of course, you have to have the (time) to (size-up) or identify the body type in order to use it to your advantage - but that is just another (what-if) to contain with Yes? You seem to have this information down, is this how you train - too identify the different body types?

Here is one that you may see in the dark, or with heavy coats on. If the person feet point outwardly he maybe too yang if the tips of the toes point inwardly, he is too yin. If the right foot points slightly inwards, the opposite side of the body is weak to an attack, because there is an illness there. If the left side points out more than the right, in a man there is an imbalance were the left side is robbing the right side energys, and so on. if you go out and find any of these types on the street, you will see the rest of the mans body problems follow this concept. Now woman are Yin (ground chi) there feet when health point almost straight about 3 degrees out board. Men (divine chi)about 20 degrees. normally.
