Uses of a one knuckle strike

Lets try to get a list of various uses for certain types of weapons.

How have you used a one knuckle strike?

It does not necessarily need to be to a pressure point but please include that info if you like.

The one kuckle strike works well for a temple strike or even to the point in the center of the chin.

NOTE: You must train your kuckles for this if you ever strike a hard target.
