Uses of a heel kick

Lets try to get a list of various uses for certain types of weapons.

How have you used a heel kick?

It does not necessarily need to be to a pressure point but please include that info if you like.

I use a heel kick to attack the achillies tendon of the attackers foot.
It works by taking a step to get past the attackers foot then quickly snap the heel into the back of the attackers ankle area.
