Lets try to get a list of various uses for certain types of weapons.

How have you used a back fist?

It does not necessarily need to be to a pressure point but please include that info if you like.

Rather than stating the most obvious for a back fist,
how about using the back fist to attack the inner arm of someone trying to grab or push you.
