 The new point will discuss two different spot on the arms. One is a striking point the other is a pressure point. they are often thought of as the same point, but in fact are two different areas on the arm. I wrote these two points out this way to expell the confusion between the two. activation of the two will be listed and how to combined the two will be also listed.
