Thanks Tom, I am glad you like it. the next article will give more understanding on, what the individual exercise will do for the practicer example; rubbing the ears in a curcular motion, like the feet, the ear has healing powers over the whole body. and I will explain that as well as the rest in the coming article. along with expanding the breath, so that you will be able to bring Qi out to the palms for healing people as well as distruction. Thanks again.

Yes - Looking Forward Too Your Next Article Grin Grin Wink

As a side note# - It is to bad that Qi Gung Practice, isn't a mandatory part of one's training {No Matter What Style} Wink

In my humble opinion = there is just too much talk of how to hurt people Roll Eyes but, that is what people see in all of the movies - the cage fighting ect, ect,. Roll Eyes

Then there are people that if, the Art becomes a Way of Life - Will Realize that the Bottom Line, is Too Train in the Art, so You will Not Have To Use the Art Wink

Tom after the next article, the final article will be on a old grand ultimate standing form of Qi Gung (The temple forms)that I practice and the Qi Gung application to all Kata which will be titled; are you really doing Kata? This is the lost training which makes martial arts a deadly combat art. If your guys use this training tell them to be careful when training two man sets, for there power will be so much greater than before that it will be possible to hurt with out trying to hurt. The mind must be happy as they practice, ok. hope you like it.

Yes; I understand what your saying - Since Nonaka Ryu Ju-jutsu Is a Internal System - We Train in Several Standing Qi Gung methods, + We also train in the 12 Deadly Katas - All come from Taiji Grin But, I'm still interested on how You Do It Wink

Good Morning Sir Grin

You do have a valid point, because,(in my humble opinion) -  In order to be able to exercise a Qigong Method Properly - One needs too be Shown (hands on = visibly) of the (when) - (how) - and the (why's) Wink
Example = A Standing Qi Gung Method, one has to know how to place the Feet, in order to activate KD-1, how, and in the proper angle and direction too hold the Hands,in order to activate a certian P.P. or a Meridian, how to Breath properly - Geezz - One has to be able to have hands-on, too be "Shown" how too just Stand-up with the proper Posture Roll Eyes And those were "just" a "small" part of "what" needs too be Visibly Taught Wink
So, having said that - If you are "Serious" about Qi Gong Training Huh

Get Erle Montiague's Tape (MTG10) Grin Grin Grin Wink
You will be able too "Easly" Learn "Several" Qigong Methods Grin Cheesy Cool
Then, when Master Lambert, puts his Qigong on this forum, you will be able too Learn, and Understand Easer Wink
