I though I would mention a new training program I recently started.
Its called hundredpushups. More info can be found here
http://www.hundredpushups.comIt is a 6 week program of about 30 mins per week (3 days about 10 mins per day)
of doing 5 sets of pushups in varying amounts with varying intervals between sets.
I am currently about to start the 5th week and I must say my arms and chest are much stronger than before the program.
At the start of the program I was able to do about 50 good pushups in a row. Currently I am able to do about 130 in a 10 minute window.
At the end of the program I have no doubt that I will be able to do 100 good pushups in a row.
If anyone else decides to try it please post about your progress.
