I thank you the reader and the general public for the flood of e-mails on the Dillman article, and a speicial thanks to the Masters from China and Okinawa who e-mailed in suport of the article and web site. I would also add that, It was not my intention to put down anyone teaching the Dillman theory but only to bring to light the health concerns involved in the practice. the old ways of teach are still the best ways. But this burger king ( go to the window, get your PP and split) like fast food, may not be good for your health in the long run, sometimes in the short run too! thanks again for all your suport.
